Ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that the party unification bid has been successfully completed though it was delayed due to various reasons.
While administering the oath to the Chitwan district committee members of the party here today, he said it was peoples’ will and need of hour to lead them for unification. Dahal added that some reactionary forces were active to foil the unification process, but they won’t be successful.
He also shared that some remaining tasks of the unification would be completed soon. Chair Dahal reiterated to publish the party statute very soon as they were working for the same. Present on the occasion were NCP leader Amik Sherchan, Ashtalaxmi Shakya, Surendra Pandey and Narayan Dahal.
